Reduce Soundtrack During Other Sounds & Voiceover

Hello All,

I try to reduce the soundtrack during my recorded comments attached to the slides.

The window Show Options, Music, Soundtrack During Other Sounds, even set 0% Volume, does not decrease the soundtrack to make my comments more audible.

I have ProShow Gold 4.52.3053.

Does anybody know how to reduce the soundtrack automatically when there is a sound recorded on the pictures or videos?
