Why does my slide show have a border or black background?

I've done others that do not have this black border on top and bottom before but recently all my slideshows have it.

Welcome to the forum.

Looks like the show is made in an aspect ratio of 16:9 and shown in a 4:3 aspect ratio window. This will give back bars top and bottom.
