Revised show..... Sunshine Coast of BC

Postby mrkitzel » Wed Sep 19, 2007 4:23 pm

This is a revised version of the original Sunshine Coast of BC show. I have made some changes reflecting the comments and suggestions from the previous thread. Hopefully this is closer to the final show. Let me know what you think.

Thanks

Steve.

Steve,
I didn't watch your first version, so can't say anything about your changes.
Overall your presentation is pleasant. The effect of the music and your
slide timing is soothing. If that's the mood you wanted to portray, it does
fine.

One recommendation: My preference is to use keyframes to "stop" pans
and zooms for a brief time at the end of the slide time before transitioning
to the next slide. Without this "stop", pans and zooms move to the end of
the slide, including the ending transition. When that happens the viewer's
eye never has a chance to rest.

I took the opportunity to watch your train trip show also. Question: how
do you manage to always have such beautiful weather on your vacations
in B.C.? I thought it rained every day up there!

HI Ken,

Good thought about keyframes, I will keep that in mind for future shows.

In actual fact it does not rain every day, that is a myth we spread so not too many people will want to move here. :D
