Rijksmuseum Flower Power

Postby Mokummer » Mon Jun 12, 2017 9:59 pm

The Amsterdam Rijksmuseum has every year an International design competition where you can download
images from the Rijksmuseum collection and use them to create your own artwork.
All art forms and interpretations are allowed, from design, decorative arts and applied arts to fashion design,
photography and video.

This year there were 2600 entries, I was one of them. (No luck!) :(

This is my entry: I like flowers. Duration 7 minutes. Comments are welcome.

Hi Bill,

I'd love to view your show, but the newer browsers just won't display the shows on Photodex anymore , so I suspect you won't get many people able to view your show. You might want to get a free YouTube or Vimeo account and post it there.

Hi Bill,

I loved your show and the music. Well done and I even had time to read the script (I am a slow reader) I had no problems viewing your show and I am using IE 11

Thank you Ginger and Rosemary for your comments on my show! :D

I've noticed that most shows are now being posted on either Youtube or Vimeo; even Photodex are now mentioning it when you upload. I'm still able to view shows in either IE or Firefox.

I'm now looking at Vimeo where I feel are the better quality videos on display.

It's a pity that even with so many viewers there is very little interest to comment on shows. Maybe they are not Photodex and Proshow enthusiasts.

Once again, THANK YOU!!

Bill

Hi Marie.

Thank you for your comment! :D

I have the Presenter Plug-in installed on Internet Explorer 11; however on Firefox it doesn't let me.
Presenter is not compatible with newer web browsers that restrict or limit the use of plug-ins.
I'm aware of this little problem (even with uploading)

Be patient, I'm now looking at the options with Vimeo.

Greetings.

Bill
