Poppies at the Tower of London

Postby des.tom » Wed Oct 29, 2014 12:50 pm

Yesterday we visited the Tower of London to see the display of poppies in the moat. It was quite an emotional experience and it was good to see the large crowds supporting the occasion. This show is short - less than five minutes, simple and without frills as befits the subject.

Hi Glyn,

Yes, it was very moving! The crowds supporting the occasion seem to be getting even larger than we experienced. Hope you manage to get there - highly recommended.
