Source for pictures
Hi All,
In looking through sources for stock and "free" images, I ran across something called the Nasa Image Exchange.
They have a searchable database you can use to find images that are available for personal use. They also can apparently be used for commercial purposes if you don't display any of Nasa's logos.
It might save a little money instead of having to purchase royalty free images.

In addition to NASA, there are also historic photos.
NY Public Library: http://drupal02.nypl.org/images/
Library of Congress: http://catalog.loc.gov/

You probably have to pay attention for images still under copyright, but I think all the sites make it clear.
