"Effects" My March 08 Challenge

Postby patches » Tue Mar 18, 2008 8:49 pm

OK ... After watching all the other Great Shows, I thought I would give this Challenge a go.
It doesn't have a story...just different effects.
Not sure when this challenge ends, so I hope I got it in under the wire.

This was beautiful Marsha!
Your logo is also extremely ingenious and an effect in itself.
Thank you for sharing this.

I agree, I just love that opening!!! I still haven't come up with a "branding" I am truly happy with. Great shots, I love that foggy bridge picture. Awesome Marsha! cheers Jan

Just fabulous my dear. Loved every second of the show.
I tell you what, there are just too many talented people on here.
I too loved your logo. I am still working on mine.
Just can't seem to get it right.
Thanks so much for doing the March challenge.
I am down to 2 kids, and they are leaving tonight.
Maybe, just maybe, I can work on a show later.

Oh my gosh Marsha! I loved every minute. You beginning logo is fabulous! Please don't tell me you KF'd the people dancing...is it a video clip?? and the ending - how did you do that?? Your music and timing were perfect as were the photos and your effects.

Great job! I will watch this over and over!!

WOW! You all know how to make a gal blush!
Thank you for all the encouraging words.

Mona, Jan, HunnyB, Mary,
My logo ... well I just wanted to jazz it up a bit. So I saw the "A" as an arrowhead and went from there. The word "Production", I did in animation shop to get the effect, then took each layer and made it a .png file. Placed it all in PSP and worked out the keyframing.

Mary,
The couple dancing was a .gif animation. I tore the layers apart making each one a .png file, then using them I turned it into a show. Then I made it a video file that I could use anytime I wanted.

The ending is an avatar I made of myself several years ago. She is suppose to be me, but younger and slimmer ~ A-hum! She just sits there and has her coffee, sitting just like I sit in my chair. Since she is an animation, I did as I did above with the other gifs. I placed her in a picture of my front yard and added a few word balloons.

Again, Thank you one and all for watching the show, and leaving your comments.
This is such a Wonderful place to belong to.
