New Challenge: create an apple peel style

Ok, for all your designers, I have a challenge. A little while ago I was trying to create a style that looked like an apple peel, turning , getting smaller in the distance, until it finally falls together as one whole (circle ) . I tried different stacks of circles with radiant wipes, but that really didn't do it well enough. I tossed the idea aside and stumbled upon it yesterday, so I thought : Let's see if there is anyone who would be able to do this. You can only use an outside editor like Adobe Photoshop or Editor, and Proshow producer or gold. Anyone up to this ?
