It would seem everyone's dream of umpteen transitions has been fulfilled with ProShow 4.5!

David,

If you view the share shows, PXPLAY, aka presenter, is the plugin that allows a browser to interpret the proprietary video format used by Photodex (it is, presumably, to help prevent illegal copying).

So, on the Photodex website and get your plugin today ! :D

You'll find it here: http://www.photodex.com/downloads/confi ... /presenter

Or, you could visit the YouTube locations and view them there (UserName: I2m42n8).

And my dream of being able to create custom transitions has come true! It could be done for a while now using styles, but then the slides on either side of a stylized one had to have its end matched to the beginning of the style, and then the slide on the other side of the style had to have its beginning matched to end of the style. Tedious. But don't get me wrong--styles can still do far and away more than transitions can, so those styles aren't going away anytime soon.

I like the idea of being able to match up styles with counterpart transitions (i.e., same effect) as well! Nice! :D

I want to try my hand at creating some styles and now transitions. I am just not very good at it.
And have not had time to play much lately. So, until I can, I am leaving it all up to all of you pros!!!!!!

HunnyB ,
Using Jennifers tutorial , I've been able to use a photo of a football player and a leaf to make some pretty interesting transitions . I cut the subjects out of their photos and saved as a png in photoshop . The ultimate in personalizing your transitions . You could use part of one of the pictures from your show . Or pictures of grandkids, or whatever your imagination will allow you . I like this feature more than more canned transitions . When you get around to doing this , your gonna have a blast . Just check out Jennifer's tutorial .

HunnyB ,
Cool about your friend . I learned the basics of simple transitions in about a half hour . I had a problem at first choosing the right wipe transition .

Barbara,
Love the idea of match sets ready for the Wizard. Hopefully, we will see more complete theme sets which are Wizard ready. Keep us posted when you have more.
