I have created some outputs in real 4k (4096 x 2160) and it works fine. I think that mp4 doesn't accept some ratios like 3840 x 2160

Can I ask which settings you used for your 4096x2160 file?

Hi
In the Show options I set the custom resolution 4096 x 2140.
In the ouput screen, I use Custom -> MPEG-4 SP or AVC with the same resolution. Don't use a high framerate as it will become too long to render. The usual framerate in d-Cinema is 24 frames/second. It will not work in MEPG-2 as it's not a normalized resolution for this format.
