Lock Captions to Slide Animation PSG

I would like a caption to be able to lock to a set position on a slide and move with the slide dirung rotation, zomming etc. I realize this can be done in an external editor by placing the caption where you want it then importing into PSG. (Wow, hope I do not have an egg on my face by finding out this can be done right now, but I would except egg to be able to do this trick.)
