Caption pan up

Provide a means of panning up a caption so that the it doesn't have to disappear off the top of the screen. Scroll speed is normally set to be about the same as the reading speed of the viewer, so time taken for the bottom line to move all the way up the screen is wasted and frustrating to the viewer.

The effect can now be achieved only by movement of an image of the text.
