Export Show with Transparent Alpha Channel

Hi,
I would like to have the ability to export a show with a transparent alpha channel. I've will sometimes use a solid color for the background and then key it out; however, there is always a loss of some color from within the image when doing it this way.

I'm not aware of a way to do that - I have played the same game using a solid color background then keying it out in Sony Vegas Pro. Photodex does not seem to be particularly interested in alpha channel stuff (at least from what any of us have seen in the past). Makes it more of a task importing stuff from Digital Juice as well (like swipes etc).
