Feedback

Postby moehler » Fri Apr 23, 2010 2:39 pm

I taught a couple photography workshops to kids (8-15) last weekend. It was a great time and I blogged about some of the information I covered in case they would want to send their friends to find it. I would really like some feedback on it.

You can see it here: http://www.mark-oehler.com/blog/index.p ... rspective/

Hi Mark,

You offer very good direction. The basis for good photographs is all around us.

HI Mark,

I enjoyed the blog design and the challenge. I love to photograph and often hear people say that it makes you miss the experience if you're busy taking pictures but I've found just the opposite. I've found that it heightens my ability to see what is going on around me. Your exercise is an example of that - to discover the unique and interesting in the ordinary. I also love to look at the photographs taken by children. Their photography can be so extraordinary because they haven't been influenced yet by what they think they "ought" to be taking pictures of. The children must have had great fun!

Thanks for sharing,
Frankie

Jan:

I'm happy you stumbled upon the posting by Aaron. He is a great teacher and I really like the stuff he does. I'd love to know if you end up taking his class. Let him know where you heard about him, I think he would appreciate where his students are coming from.

Mark
