Jennifer, the free download--even after ignoring PayPal--is very confusing. You said we'd see where to download it, but though there's obviously a clickable SKU number, when it's clicked, you just arrive back at the screen displaying the background. I didn't see any directions at all.

Try it again, Barbara...you were too quick for me! I have to manually process the orders where no money changes hands. I'm workin' on it! I'm workin' on it!

Okay, I'm on my way!

...I'm back and it worked, and I thank you. It's a beautiful background.

I tried to delete the duplicate order (my fault for trying too hard), but I couldn't. I guess I've given you more work to do. :(

Nah....most of my work is wrestling with my web designers. They think since the site is up that their work is done. I've got to hound them about the problems until they get fixed

I hope everyone can bear with me just a bit longer!

Hi Jennifer,

I don't have PayPal and not planning of establishing an account with them. Is there an alternative form of payment? Thanks.

Hi Conrado,

I just accept credit cards through Pay Pal, that's all. You don't actually have to have an account with them. And, for the free ones, please skip the Pay Pal page all together. Just add it to your cart, proceed with the checkout process UNTIL the Pay Pal page, but don't go there, then just check back within an hour or so and go to your My Account section and the free background will be available for downloading.

Thanks for visiting!

Hi Jan,

I'll be building it myself to avoid any problems. I'm going to be using CRE Loaded and Dreamweaver. It's not the host, per se, thier server is very fast; I like that.

I'll get this eCommerce web thing down eventually!

Jen:
Question -
I just downloaded a bunch of free video's from Digital Juice DJ selection. A number of the videos says it has the Alpha Channel embedded in the QuickTime movie format.
How would I identify the Alpha channel and turn it into a mask in Producer as per your tutorial?

I'm afraid you can't. Producer doesn't recognize Alpha Channels that are embedded in video files (yet, I hope!). The only way to do this is if the Alpha Channel is supplied as a completely separate video file (it will be black and white only) and you would put that as a layer ontop of the full color video and check it as a mask.

If they didn't provide separate alpha only video files, I'm afraid it can't be done in Producer. Sorry :(
