How to create falling snow in PSP

Postby fstop12 » Wed Nov 28, 2012 12:13 pm

Okay, I have a static image of a scene that I want to have falling snowflakes. I can create snow using Photoshop CS6 but how do I incorporate this into my show. I don't know too much about using PSP. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
