Good job, Jennifer! Using images instead of captions works way, way better.
A tip: In Photoshop and in the File menu, look for Scripts and then for saving layers as files. It'll do all that business of turning layers on and off and saving for you. Goes lickety-split, too. I found it a few years ago, and at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if I've already saved a week's worth of work using it.

I will be the first to admit, I'm just a tad above an amateur when it comes to Photoshop. I do what I need to do in it, and that's about it. I use probably 10% of it's abilities

Nevertheless, give that script a test run just to see how juiced up it is. Maybe you won't use it often, but for even those rare occasions, you'll be so glad it's there. I've given it a run for its money with 30 and 40 layers. It doesn't miss a beat the way I so often do.
