Camera Flash Effect

I know I have probably overlooked it but somewhere here on the forum I saw a tutorial on how to do the flash effect. I have about ten slides that I want to use it on but I can't remember the proper way to execute it. Can someone direct me? Thanks in advance...

There are 2 slde styles with PSP4. a singlr image one and a three image one, all you need is the sound effect and play with timings....

If you need the camera shutter SFX I have it....
