Video Traxx used in HDV productions

Digital Juice has a retirement special on their Video Traxx. My question is how noticeable would these SD tracks be when inserted into HDV footage? I would appreciate comments if anyone has experience with either this product or mixing HD with SD footage.

I located a workaround for SD to HDV. Topaz Enhance (while a bit pricey) seems to be a good solution. I ordered all of the DJ Video Traxx and Topaz Enhance so that should complete things for a while anyway.

Having had an opportunity to work with Topaz Enhance on SD video, I can highly recommend the product. It does what it claims to do and is markedly better than the deinterlace function in After Effects.

With this plugin on can get very near HD quality on SD video. This is of particular benefit where one is attempting to merge SD clips with HD clips.
