Recommended add-ons

Postby ozmoto » Tue Sep 04, 2007 1:51 pm

Hello from sunny Oz

As a newbie to PSG and now PSP I have found the wealth of knowledge on this site quite amazing!

I am also finding that there is a large selection of 3rd party products like those from Digital Juice available. I am looking to develop a small business producing DVD slideshows around weddings.

What products do you recommend? Is Photodex's Wedding Essentials any good? The budget is also limited .... :-)

Your thoughts and experiences would be welcomed! :)

Regards,
Craig

Craig,

From what I've seen in the forum up to now, most people here haven't had much to say about the PhotoDex Wedding Essentials, but they do speak highly about Digital Juice stuff.

We have our very own Jennifer at Choice Backgrounds who is amazing. Hotcakes have some very good stuff as well. I would say check out Jen first then Juice and then Hotcakes..... just my ramblings.....hugs J

I agree with Nannybear I love choicebackgrounds. The are not expensive and she does awesome work. She also puts up a free animation every month so thats something to look forward to. I just ordered my first digital juice and found them on sale but the normal $99.00 is a little pricy for me but then again this is just a hobby for me and I dont make money on it.

Well, yes, $99 is a bit pricey, but Digital Juice is always having some sort
of sale -- look at the one today on their site - two new "Stack Tracks"
(music) for $14.95 each (ordered both :D ) and about 5 different
"Juice Drops" for $9.95 each (ordered 2 of those :D )

It's their sales that keep getting me !!
