Printing programs for DVD clamshell labels

I would like to find some good software that will allow me to create labels to fit the clamshell type DVD covers. Photodex did but out some information in their blog regarding templates for creating these labels, but I have not been able to figure out how to use this successfully.

If anyone has successfully used the photodex templates, please let me know.

I've work with: "MyLabelDesigner" & "SureThingLabeler" - both were pretty good - for CD/DVD Labels & any Covers for these.
