The actions require Photoshop CC, or the Standard / Extended version of Ps CS6, CS5 and CS4. The actions are not compatible with Ps Elements!

Thanks for providing the links. I downloaded both actions. The snow globe one crashed photoshop after I entered the text, but it was probably something I messed up.

Just to clarify, these two are free downloads for anyone. I didn't have to register to download them.
