Digital Juice Transwipes

Has anyone had experience using Digital Juice Transwipes? I could really use some help setting up the proper layer structure. I have no problem with alpha or double alpha. I just can't seem to wrap my head around the Transwipe.

What's a transwipe (transitional wipe?)? It should be exactly the same as a regular swipe (sound wipe). When you render the video, make sure the alpha channel is rendered separately from the main video. Then, the black and white video is your grayscale mask and the color is the masked item. Beyond that, I'm not sure.
