Changing text in Typewriter 2

After watching the demonstration showing what Typewriter 2 can do I tried to alter text from line to line (color, size, style) and found that I don't know how to do this.

Anyone Help?

Have you looked at the HELP menu? See Entering Text, The <> inline Command Pair.
