Re: Trim the Tree (part two)
Mr. Miller
I put the video that you send in Proshow and Proshow closed.
Error: Proshow has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. Send report to Microsoft.
What to do?

Hello,
Could you send me back the video files by email. I will check to see if I can determine if something happened in transmission and if they will play on my machine. You have my email address.
Best wishes,
Don

Yes, ok I send the video. Thank you.
But I don't understand.
Video is very nice in media player but Proshow closes himself.

Hi Aziz,
This is posted as a confirmation of our private emails. The files that were returned conflicted with Producer and after conferring with Photodex, I converted the files to MOV format and they now load and play properly.
Best wishes,
Donald Miller
Re: Trimming the Tree number 3
Mr. Miller said in letter that he used 100 layers in Buffittler for video.
I looked in Google Buffittler and is a lot of money. 40 Euro.

Re: Trim the Tree (part two)
Hello Mr. Miller
video 1 a lot of time with clock but at end it goes in Proshow.
video 2 Proshow close like before. Error to send Microsoft.
You say in letter
After spending time with support at both Blufftitler (text animation) and Producer it seems that a
codec conflict of some sort is causing the crash.
I don't know codec.
But Blufftiler is with problems.
Blufftiler has modifiers like Proshow?
How many layers for round flowers with lights in Blufftiler?
100 like in houses with lights?

Re: Trim the Tree (part two)
Hello Aziz,
I know that both of these videos play because I checked them again before I resent them to you. They were not zipped (compressed) and thus nothing could have altered them. Since you mention the time loading in Producer, it very likely is the computer resources and processing of video that is occurring for you. (Video requires a lot more processing capacity than still images do).
Bluff Titler was used for the text captions.
Best wishes,
Donald Miller

BluffTitler at 40 euros is a bargain, trust me. When version 8 comes out (next month I hope) it will be an even bigger bargain.

Re: Trimming the Tree number 3
I've moved this to "Third Party Applications" since it's simply a video created by a program other than Producer that can be inserted into slide shows.
