Looking for intro to a vacation video

I thought I saw at one time an intro someone created using a plane flyiing over a globe or maps showing it leaving one city and arriving in another. I wanted to create an intro where the plane would leave Phoenix, Arizona and arrive in Honolulu, Hawaii. Does anyone know of a software that can accomplish this?

BluffTitler has a show that allows you to create a 3D path from one city to any other city on the globe.

As it is now, it doesn't include the airplane but that's certainly easy enough to add.

If you don't have BT, I can make one for you. If you do have BT you can check their gallery for the show.
