???

I do not like them...some look shiney and polished, but there is nothing what you can not create by yourself with your own program...and then you create it when you need it, for a customer or a project but with this...(its like having a CD with a whole lot of systemfonts and only because to have it i install every font on my computer)
- i prefer installing a font when i need one - O.K. it's good to know that DJ offers such a thing, maybe i will need it, but i do not see the need for it...

It's going to be interesting when it comes to animated font-works...in the FAQ there is a sentence that promise something like that:
"Are DJ-Fonts animated? Not yet...."

I agree with Michael. I don't see anything that can't be duplicated yourself. In fact, fonts like these have been around for years along with cheap or free programs to create them. DJ in my opinion, are behind the time on this one.

AWWW....I'm disappointed this wasn't more exciting....but with all the trouble I have to go through
to render DJ on my laptop and transfer the rendered items to my main computer something that expensive would have
to be "super special" to make it worth $250...I'll just wait for something better.
(Yes, I have spent loooooooong hours with DJ trying to figure out why the components on my computer don't like Juicer 3) They didn't know.. Just gave up and settled for remote rendering...DJ plays well with my $600 laptop but hates my fancy main computer.....

Most of the time I just use plain stuff but that's just me. Fancy fonts, if overdone, can distract from the pictures and be hard to read. Those might be good for title screens and such. I wouldn't likely buy or use them as I'd rather use the money to expand my library of royalty free music.

Well I just ordered them, cause I can afford them. If I can't have Deb's camera this is second best fun thing! I will do something with them so you can see what they end up looking like. Sucker am I , maybe, but happy?? yup!!! cheers Jan

Yeah, I looked them over and they are over what I am willing to spend for the limited use I would get from them. Like Debbie, I use stuff like that for a title or cover of a DVD etc, but they would not get enough use anywhere else to justify them for me (especially since all of the stuff I create is either for our family or for the soccer team etc and ALL of it is done for FREE for the other parents.) Some of them were cute, but most of them were very similar to what I can do with other fonts or a bit of Photoshop.
