I just found your question from way back on Dec 22nd. I apologize for not answering sooner.
The only answer I can give you is to . . . install whatever is required to make the Paint.Net program function on your computer.
I believe that I had to upgrade netframework on my computer during the installation process for the original installation of my Paint.Net and I have never looked back. There have been no problems whatsoever as a result.
You will simply love using Paint.Net to build special effects for your ProShow projects
