Keyframing
I'm assuming this would be done in keyframing. On a video clip, I want to make only part of the clip slow motion. How is this done?

Re: Keyframing
The simple answer is that you can't do it. The video speed changes within ProShow are global to the video. There are no keyframe-related changes for video speed.
So, to do what you'd like to do with the video, you have to clip it into sections. You can then import each section into ProShow and set each to play at the speed desired. There isn't any other way of doing it within ProShow. Not that I'm aware of anyway.

If you are going to be doing much with video, the best answer is to purchase one of the decent entry level video editors (Sony Vegas Movie Studio, Premiere Elements etc.) which does support what you want to do and a whole lot more. Recognize that true slow motion is actually done by using a camera that can shoot at 120fps or higher then playing it back at the normal frame rate. "Artificial" slow motion (like what a video editor can do) is done by creating fake frames in between the actual ones to provide apparent slow motion. Those "invented" frames tend to be somewhat blurred since they were created from adjacent frames. Artificial slow motion can work fairly well, just don't expect what you see on TV where they were actually shooting with an expensive camera at a much higher frame rate.

You can't have too many gadgets or too much disk space !!
mikey (PSP6, Photoshop CS6, Vegas Pro 14, Acid 7, BluffTitler, Nikon D300s, D810)
Lots of PIC and Arduino microprocessor stuff too !!
