Don't overlook "Paste Into"
If you want to copy all the layers and keyframes from one slide into another, and particularly if the slide to be copied from isn't sitting immediately before the slide you want everything copied into, the fast and easy way to do it is to select the first slide, press Ctrl+C to copy it, and then right-click the slide into which you want to copy all those layers, and choose "Paste Into." It does exactly the same thing as using the Copy button in Options, but it's a whole lot faster and more convenient. Even if you don't want every last one of the layers copied, you can copy them anyway and then quickly delete the ones you don't want.
The shortcut for Paste Into is Ctrl+Shift+V, but I find the right-click menu faster than tying my fingers into a knot.
