Photodex Presenter

I'm having problems with Presenter freezing when a show is played on my website. I've tried uninstalling and installing. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be my web host? Could someone give me some suggestions of web hosts that work well with Presenter. Thanks!

Happens all the time. It could be your server is just slow at the time, or your PC needs a reboot. Most of the time when I get this problem I just reboot my PC and it works fine. I've found presenter to be very touchy.

I've tried that too. I've cleaned my cache, deleted cookies. Presenter works fine in my browser and at photodex.com but not on my website. My website host and Photodex have not been much help. Could it be my web host?

Are you sure that your file was uploaded OK to you webserver? Check the file size and make sure. I've seen this cause problems in the past. Just throwing out some ideas.
