Are you using the template which I provided with the package? If not, the order is:
(1) Marquee AVI set as a grayscale mask
(2) Solid color layer of the color you want the lights to be
(3) Theater Image

I am having lots of trouble getting this to work. Does anybody have good instructions? I cannot get the crawl to work right.
