PSP Template: Images in Column List with Image to Right
I posted an updated Producer template to the version used in my recent "Neck of the Woods" show (see link below).
http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewsho ... alb=135840
There is a pointer in this version that changes colors as it moves to point to the next image to be displayed. Also, the column background is kinda animated.
NOTE (20080115): This template was created with the show set for 16:9 (HD) vs 4:3 (SD). So, if your show is set to 4:3, you may have a bit more tweaking to get the column of images to show on a TV. Also, the zoom of the displayed large image may need reduction so that it doesn't interfere with the column of images.
If you haven't seen the show, below is a description of the template:
This template takes 7 images (there are two of each ... for a total of 14 image layers), each of which is displayed in an initial array in the bottom half of the screen.
These images are then placed in a column on the left.
Next the image in the lowest layer to topmost layer is displayed one after the other to the right, centered vertically with the column of images on the left. The displayed image is shadowed (by the 1st image displayed) whereas the columned images are not.
In the updated template, there are also layers used to create a background behind the column of images and to create a pointer showing which image is being displayed.

I have tried both of these links, and neither one seems to work. Is anyone else having trouble downloading this template?

Kelly,
I just tried the link ... it seems to work now. Here it is again (well, it worked for me). I'm not sure what happened to the original link.

(I tried the tinyUrl to get a smaller link! First time I've used it!)

Dale,
Thank you for your reply. I tried your link to download the template, however, I did not get the usually menu that pop up that asks whether you want to open file or save it to your hard drive. It pulled up the detailed settings of your template. I am sorry, but I have not come across this before. How do I save this template so I can place it in my templates on my computer.

I tried your link again, but am still experiencing the same problem. When I click on your link, I get like a worded document showing the exact settings of your template. I don't get the pop up menu that asks to save this file to your hard drive. Is anyone else having this problem?

If you see the above file from Dale as a text file (I did), select all the text, copy to 'Notepad' and save out of that as anyname.psh.
You will now have a file to load into Producer by clicking on it. When it opens in Producer, save it as a template.
This should give you the intended template file. It did for me.
Thanks Dale.
Brian
EDIT Mike's upload in the 'Member Created Files' is a .pst file.
