You will have to tell proshow what Directory these files are at. If this don't work I will keep trying.

Thanks

Tommy

The templates at the address below will have to be unzipped and put in the photodex template folder.

Brian,

You can find all the files along with a demonstration on how to create the effect in the member created files section of this forum. See "Sweeping Lights Demo and Tutorial".

Thanks Tommy, that was quick in getting them up. I'll have a play with them now.

Thanks Chip. Your memory is obviously very much better than mine in remembering that the files were in that thread.

Tommy -

I finally got a chance to use your templates and they work great! I am going to see if I can add to the collection as well!

Cary,

You made my day. I was a little worried they may be some part missing.

Hey guys....thanks for the compliments. Those are very basic templates compared to some I have seen. I do have a few more I have done and will try to get them posted soon.

rouseet,

I have been off at work and missed the active links to your sample templates. I am just learning a little about templates and would love to take a look. Is there any chance you can repost on yousendit so I can check it out?

I sure would appreciate it.

rouseet,

Thank you very much for reposting your files. Those effects are really neat and I like the .avi file with the moving lights.

Your Welcome! It was another board that came up with the .avi file(Csh2000). He created the file with wax2.0 a free program. I hope the curtain template works ok for you.

Templates are created by you from the slideshow you are working in. Create a series of slides with transitions, timings, multiple layers, etc., then use the Save as template option. You will notice when you use layers that there is a check box which allows a layer to be filled with other graphics (when you open the template, the graphic placeholder is in place, ready for you to drag and drop the images into the template). Works like a charm!

Hope this information helps you...

Michele

I have just had a check of the two links in the first item on page 1 of this thread.

They both appear to download OK.

Hey There, I just came across this forum a couple days ago and since then this link is no longer available. :( Can you upload those files again so I can download the templates...I believe this link was the same one you had in the beginning of the forum. Thanx :)
