I downloaded the Family Portraits template. I clicked on the zip folder to extract and it opens up and shows it being a PST file. where do I find the Pst file? I am a newbie so have pity on my ignorance.
Thank You,
Bernard

Hi Bernard,

To use your file, go to PSP menu: show/show templates/import template. You will have to navigate to the location that you saved it to so make note of that.

Once imported it will be available under: show/ show templates/ open template.

Good luck and enjoy!

Kathy,

Thank you for your quick response. I followed your instructions and the templates come up saying file not found.

Where do I go from Here?

Look at the sticky threads in this template section. It may help you with FAQ but is lengthy though and might take a little while to get through it. :)

Hi Bernard,

I downloaded the template and brought it up in PSP to try to find out what you were missing.

I assume the "file not found" is coming up after you have loaded the template in PSP to use it. The files that are missing are the actual images/media used in the show. You will have to replace those with your own media.

For that "how to" follow Debbie's instructions.

Good luck,
Cathy
