Cookie Cutters

Postby trulytango » Wed Feb 10, 2010 2:07 pm

Hi there

Here's another variation along the lines of animated outline frames. I have put together a small assortment of shapes/masks, together with a short show file (.psh format) designed to help you explore some fairly simple masking and framing techniques. You'll find the Cookie Cutters set on the FREEBIES page of my blog :D

Here's the link to the little demo:

Enjoy!

What a great idea and so simple too. (says me before I actually try to do it  ) Thank you for your generosity.

Iris, you have a knack for explaining things. What's more, you've reminded me of some of the things I've forgotten to remember. Good work!

Thank you, Iris. I am looking forward to trying these out. Masks are still a mystery to me and your instructions are so clear. I can forsee lots of fun with these.

Hi Guys, glad you liked it :D

I've got a 25th Birthday show for my daughter in the works - it's taking on a bit of a scrapbook style, so these shapes (especially the brackets) will come in handy. In PSP, you can unlock the 'x' and 'y' axis to tweak the dimension or ratio of any of the shapes to better suit your own pics

Thanks and TTFN
Iris

Chrissy... I agree! Animated icons would be great! I'm WAVING back - talk soon

Hi Iris

Please choose you music with care - being a military man I have great difficulty in sitting still and watching your show
I have the urge to get up and march around the office (well spare bedroom really).

Great freebies - and as usual a detailed tutorial as befits an IT Facilitator 8)

Regards

Mike

Mike!

The music is the theme tune to 'Monty Python's Flying Circus' - I was looking for something jolly, you see! But now all I can see is you, in my mind's eye, marching on the spot!

tdew - you're very welcome!

Simply Brill Iris!! With so many bells and whistles, it is easy to forget all the other things one can do with this program! Thanks for reminding us and also for the "cookie cutter shapes"!!
