Honest..it really is almost like v3 with a lot of nice added things, you won't have any problems..the only thing I get confused about and have to click click click is getting to the Layers, that part is a bit confusing from where they used to be but even that is just a few clicks away, I am forever forgetting how to get to the Motions, I have to click a few times :D
Jump on in Iris, your going to love it! :):)

Hi Chrissy

You will live to regret that post when your mailbox is stuffed to the gills with e-mail requests from me... asking you where things are? what's happened to that? why can't I find all my favourite tools etc    So as soon as I do dive in... you'll be first to know!

And Douglas... I'm very pleased you liked the template and I hope you find bits of it useful

Hi Iris,

I think that your wedding template is absolutely spectacular. I have a friend who is about to get married and will certainly be using it to do a show for her.

Thanks for sharing!

Iris,
I'm having a little trouble with the template in that 2 of the slides are linking. I don't know how to describe it except to tell you that it is slide 3 (and 15) and slide 35 in the template. What setting should I be looking for to remove any links in my show? Or where have I gone wrong in building my show based upon the template?

Thanks for your help.

Hi there

It seems that even the most basic of templates created in a version pre 3.2 - one created slide by slide, element by element, with no 'matching' features whatsoever, can STILL develop a life of its own at the user end :o ... and I think in the case of this template it is down to the layers involved. In short, Producer simply does not like my ribbons?

I would advise anyone using this template to use the 'Select File' route via Layers (to fill the empty image placeholder) rather than the drag and drop method. Also working in project mode might help... that way you can open the template and start to fill it, and if anything untoward happens with a particular slide, you can delete the slide, open the template again and copy/paste just the relevant slide. Sounds a right old rigmarole but it worked for Gladys :D

HOWEVER! I am thrilled to say I can finally upgrade to version 4 - a Valentine's Day prezzie from my husband - so I intend to revisit this template and generate some slide styles for the necessary sections. Hopefully things will then be a lot smoother and much more straightforward.

Thanks to everyone who has shown an interest in this template :D
