Thanks Cherub and Debnagar : D
I watched the YouTube Video that you posted the link to Deb. It was an explaination of how to use Audio Swap but also was promoting another site called Track One Recordings
http://www.trackonerecordings.com I visited their website and they do have a lot of songs that you can download to use on your You Tube videos, all seem to be made electronically ? (that's probably not the correct term).
Maybe someone will find this Track One Recordings website useful. It's definitely worth while looking into.
I don't mind so much that YouTube puts an ad on my video - I think people realize that it's something that you 'just have to put up with.'
In the past I used Animoto and once got one of my slideshows taken down on Facebook because they said it was under copyright - even though I had used the music that Animoto had in their library.
At least with YouTube you can write them and state your 'case' and they get back to you fairly quickly. You Tube 'froze' one of my Pro Show Web videos as well once but I I proved I had the rights to use the song and they released my video again. Facebook never returned my emails or answered my questions.
