Creative commons music
Some musicians release some music under creative commons license which can have varying conditions related to use but some can be used with attribution only. Attribution should not be a problem for anyone..at least it would seem so to me.

Re: Creative commons music
Same thing with images at many sites, they're covered by various incarnations of the creative commons license. I use some of images in presentations and it's just a matter of keeping records of where the image (or audio file, etc) came from. My slide shows and presentations then include a credits slide at the end for the photography, music, etc.
