Using Music in your montage...are you doing it legally?
Hi there,
For those of you who are doing this as a business, how do you handle the music rights?
I've read other posts on other forums...and seems like you have to buy the rights to those songs...since you're making money on them! (We have to say that Slideshows... is about pictures...but without the song or music... it really isn't the same!!).
So just curious as how this works?? Is it expensive?

Hello Chantal,
Take a look at the threads under "Miscellaneous>Music Discussion" and see what has been posted. There is a lot and this subject comes up often.
I have gotten to the point where I use royalty free music from Digital Juice to avoid copyright infringement situations for shows displayed via YouTube and my blog site.
