white field (no image) during loading

Hi,
I've made a Flash movie for the web. Works great, but during the loading the field stays white (empty?). Is it possible to show something "better" than this? Another Q: After loading the sequence begins, in this case 13 images, but why does it load/buffer after each sequence? Once loaded, it should play contiuously, without re-buffering? (when saved in loop/play for ever mode).
