Upload a show on a website

Hello,
First I suppose I should introduce myself, cause I'm first time here. I'm Sylvia, from Poland, mother of a little two daughters, I am working as a freelancer (if I have some time). My daughters like to swim and I have done a simple show about this but I can upload the show on my webside. I am taking my first steps in ProShow Producer and I don't know where I should write html code - first on the top of the script or inside "body" in javascript content? Maybe I am totally wrong, so If somebody could help me I would be very happy.

Thanks for the info maybe someday I will decide to share my presentation on Photodex when I have some special photos. I see I have made a mistake in the previous text - I should have written "I CAN'T upload a show on my website". I wanted to know how to upload a show on my own website, so If anyone could help me I would be very appreciate.

You can upload in two different ways to your own site:

1) Use an FTP program to upload

2) Go into your site's control panel and upload via it's file manager
