Jaco,
Open up Proshow, go to the top and click on Window and make sure that Folder List is checked.

I have seen that feature - make sure you are running with admin priv.
Contrary to what Photodex said (maybe still does) on their website, I
was never able to get it to run properly with a non-admin account
(they said you could do everything except burn - after bugging support
they admitted that was wrong and it did require admin to run and would
fix their web page. Last time I checked it had not been updated).
Do a clean install - as admin, remove the existing install using the
add/remove in control panel. Reboot so windows is clean. Disable
your A/V. Re-install (I assume it keeps your key info in the registry
since it still has the registration information when I have done that).
When you are done with the install, RE-ENABLE your A/V again.
