Problems with PhotoDex server??

Could PhotoDex be having problems with their server? I'm on a high-speed cable internet connection. All other web pages open fast as normal, so I know I'm not having connection problems through my cable company. Yet, most slide shows for ProShow sit with the little green status bar going back and forth forever. Some open right away (even up to 60mb). It doesn't seem to be related to the size.

I'm using Firefox as by browser, but I am having the same problem with IE7.

Any suggestions?

There appears to be some sort of "smarts???" built into presenter.
I too have noticed the same thing (also on broadband). One thing
that may make a difference that occurred to me this morning was
if the show has embedded video - I don't know if that has any
impact or not, but I have seen 20 meg shows that take a while to
go while some 60 meg shows start almost immediately. Phase of
the moon ?? - I'm going with that for now
