How to create a caption that looks like script handwriting

Is it possible to create a caption that looks like script handwriting in PSP?

If you mean a caption with font that looks like handwriting, there are a number of
fonts out there you can use. If you mean you want a caption that seems to be
writing on the screen as you watch, there are several approaches - the easiest
is a moving mask to un-mask your caption across the screen. If you really want
something where it is "writing", you will need to use some of the third party
applications out there to create a video of what you want or an animated gif.
This discussion went around some time ago with no simple solution. Search
the archives for "handwriting" and you should find additional information if that
is what you are looking for.
