Dissolve transition for texts

I've seen a dissolve transition where the text dissolves starting at the bottom. I'd really like to use something like that but have two questions:
1) Is there a place where I can find/buy that transition?
2) Can you import new transitions to use for text into Producer 9?

I hope that this is the right place to ask this question and apologize if it is not. Thanks for any help.
