Setting up the Audio Editor in PSP 7

Postby Don Hammock » Mon Jul 18, 2016 2:50 pm

How do you set up/choose the Audio Editor you want to use? I am transitioning from PSG and it was easy in PSG- you went to slide sound after your selected it, and when you went to edit audio it asked you which Editor did you want to use(in my case Adobe Audition) and it let me select it with No Problem. But when I click Edit/ choose Editor in PSP7 it lets me click it, but it never lets me add Adobe Audition as the Editor. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Don

Not sure if this is what you need but . . .

In PSP7 I go to Edit/Preferences/External Applications/Music and Sounds. You can then navigate to Adobe Audition.

In my case it's at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Audition CS6\Adobe Audition CS6.exe

Then in PSP7 double-click on the sound track. In the editor, upper right hand corner, you can click on the editor link and it will open Audition for you.
