Problems with Slide Sound & Over riding sound track

Hi everyone,
I am having problems with getting the Slide Sound(voice track) and Overriding show sound track to be balanced. I have played it back and listened to it so many times that I can't make heads or tails of it. I would Really appreciate input/critique as to if it is OK as is, or what setting should I change to make it work.

Hey Don,

If I were you I would cut out all the background "Stuff" and just use the main voice over. The object is to present and sell real estate. Forget the "ear" candy!!!

Used to be a audio editor for a nationally syndicated radio show so I have a lot of experience doing voice overs and commercials.
