Proshow flickering text uphill
Hello, I produced a video DVD with text uphill and has an annoying flicker.

I read that you have to enable the anti-flicker. Or use sans serif font.
Yet the font I used in Part 2 is Droid Serif (just sans serif)
Is there any other method or option to avoid this flicker?
Use proshow producer 7.0.3527
windows 10 pro

Re: Proshow flickering text uphill
Hi,
I looked at your slideshow - and - by my opinion, it is NOT the TEXT problem, but could be either Background (rather complicated & very involved VIDEO) - or TRANSITION between these TWO slides.
I would suggest: run the TEXT (as it is) without the video or with one-color background only.

Re: Proshow flickering text uphill
I tried it with the static background and is much better. But a bit of flicker remains.
I also tried to produce directly a dvd file hd mp4 but the flickering remains.

Re: Proshow flickering text uphill
I just looked at it again.
this time I was watching your "frame" background -
... and - it looked like: that you are taking a video of the computer screen, because the right bottom of the dark frame (edge of monitor??) was MOVING up & down...
... so - even if you used one-color background with same "frame/monitor" - then it could be INTERLACING of the monitor, which is causing the FLICKR.... interesting .....

Re: Proshow flickering text uphill
The video was played on TV by dvd, and recovered from smartphone, then flicker of frame is caused by the movement of the hand.
