Windows 10 and the Edge compatibility
I emailed Photodex to enquire why my shows would not play using Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. Here is the reply that I received. I hope it is of use to someone.
Greetings!
Thank you for contacting Photodex!
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge have introduced changes that no longer support Plug ins. Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer still support the Presenter Plug in.
You can use Mozilla Firefox or take the following steps to use Internet Explorer.
Here are steps to get Presenter working:
At the top right hand corner of Edge, single left click the three dots (it looks like an ellipses) and select "Open in Internet Explorer"
Now another window will open - at the top right look for the the "smiley face" and single left click it
You will get three choices, make sure the last choice is checked off "Run in compatibility mode"
Have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Amanda
